Finally an agent that goes the extra mile for their tenants! We have been with this agent for over 5 years now and they have become like family. Absolutely shocking treatment for renters. They honestly believe that they can just do what they like, when they like. They are rude during inspections to the point you can’t even talk to them properly, cause their in such a rush, too busy taking photos of your private property, which is not allowed. We are “just renters” but WE PAY OFF YOUR HOUSE & PAY THE REAL ESTATE FEES!! Just a bunch of rude people that should get other jobs as they obviously don’t like what they are doing, get new happy people, then maybe things might be done properly & more professionally.
