very rude staff treating their own staff and patients disgustingly. refuse to get a blood done there.

It's very disappointing when nurses refuse to check the price of a test just out of bad will. I did a blood test as usual, asked if it was all covered by medicare which I was told "it was", two weeks later I get a bill of 350 at home completly unexpected - how do you dispute it now? I wasn't advised at any point that there would be out of pocket costs involved with that test - but them as the specialists did know and didnt bother to check and be upfront with the pacient. We have enough stress involved with our own health and the finances involved and its poor practice to let this happen to a pacient.

I've had more than 30 blood tests this year and been to several differant QML's. Judy is by far the most professional, caring and patient lady I have come across. Doesn't matter how many people are waiting, she is efficient and calm.

Failed to read my test form properly and had to be called back in. On the phone they said I wouldn't have to wait when I came back in yet when I did go back in I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. On top of this they also lost my partners blood sample and were unable to find it or any record of it, we are both utterly disgusted by this and wont be going back to QML in general and will be avoiding the Dixon street centre like the plague

I booked in a appointment yesterday for urea breath test, and I was NPO from the last night when I came here the door is close and no one picking my phone very disappointed
