Long time coming but finally got around to doing this review. We’ve had Pebbles the Matese Shitzu for around 10 months now. She’s well and truly loved to bits. So cute. Service here was very good and the lady (was it you Moria?) was very professional, well informed and gave very good advice. I’ve recommended a few people since. And they were more than reasonably priced with other stores asking almost a 3rd more. For the runt of the litter, it’s difficult to imagine a better or cuter puppy.

I mistakenly posted an upset review last night, before even talking to the owner. I’m so sorry. This week the lovely 6yo Leo that I took into my heart a few weeks ago was diagnosed with severe dental illness and rotten teeth... I was so upset. But as soon as the owner saw my post she contacted me and explained that I shouldn’t fret, as she’s taking full responsibility. Leo’s previous owner should have done a full check up on him and that its not my responsibility to take care of this. I’m so sorry for the drama I caused, and SO GRATEFUL that I don’t have to pay for the surgery. I love little Leo, but as a student single mum it was very daunting to be faced w this situation. Again, thank you for reaching out and sorting this out! In the photo is Leo when he got back from the vet yesterday... cuddling in bed ️
Want you to buy a pet without touching it. Really difficult if you're trying out personalities rather than colour.
First I would like to urge every one to read the reviews for this place not just the good ones they put at the top!!! Cats had no beds to sleep on, an older cat had a tiny space and have nothing soft to sit/sleep on most on the tiny area was taken up by the kitty litter *edit after response* I actually didn't speak to anyone working so I dont know where you pulled that from. I came after you were already closed to see the kittens you had available for adoption and there were no new blankets or towels in the kitten enclosure or in the older cat enclosure soooo.... I will repeat myself since you don't seem to care the older cat has such a tiny amount of space and no bed. *photo proof* The many terrible reviews should be enough for everyone else to see you don't care, sort yourself out before some one reports you to the RSPCA.
Absolutely the best service ever! Both ladies so lovely and helpful when we purchased our puppy. He is a very healthy puppy and we love him. Follow up service was excellent as well. I would highly recommend this store AAA
I came in on Saturday and got a beautiful red long-haired female mini Dachshund from your shop. I wanted to let you know she is settling in extremely well. She is getting on well with my other dogs and appears to be fully toilet trained and crate trained. She also passed her vet check with flying colours this morning. This pet shop is disgraceful. I bought a kitten from here because he looked like he was extremely distressed. There were so many of them in a tiny cage. He was extremely underweight and the vet that checks their pets should never have let him go. The day after we got him we took him to the vet as he was limping and they x rayed him and found his hip was out of place. He had obviously been abused prior to being sold. The vet who checked at the pet shop should have picked this up. I could never put an animal down but this surgery is costing 1400. Not to mention the pain relief he has been on since I got him in the hope the hip would heal itself. Absolutely terrible business and you should not be allowed to sell pets.
