Great local business, Maddy and all the girls were A1 they helped me pick out the perfect gift for my wife and Granddaughter, I honestly had no idea what to get but they spent the time and asked things they like. Would just love to say how much I adore the women from Pandora Strathpine! Stacey & Maddy we’re both customers of mine just over a year ago (When I was thier coffee maker ) They are beautiful & always try their hardest to help me when I come to buy multiple presents for people at a time! Which is probably annoying but love ya for putting up with me haha I’ve legitimately never had a bad experience in this store with any of the staff, before I knew them either! They always try their hardest to make everyone feel welcome and I can’t thank them enough x
This is my favourite Pandora store. The service is always friendly and the patience of those serving is above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. I am fussy and I take a long while to make decisions; today the manager, Mandy was so patient and made the entire experience fun - which is what it should be like when you are buying jewellery. Pandora stores generally are reliable and have good customer service - the Strathpine store exemplify all that and more. Thank you.
The staff was very friendly. Easy to find the Harry Potter collection I was after. I felt spoilt as she wrapped my gift. Loved the store.
Missus Loves Pandora. But this is the WORST Pandora shop in Brisbane. Customer service is a joke.
The store manager Maddy was so helpful and patient with her time. Store was beautiful and clean. Will be recommending to family and friends.
Service in this store is below average. I was there 4 times and 2 out of 4 times I was ignored and other people came after me were served before me. Very unprofessional staffs with attitudes in that store. Other cheaper jewellery stores give better service than this. Not happy and will not go back there for sure.
Great place to buy a gift for your wifes.nice rings and charms trust me your wifes will love it.and very friendly staff.
