The customer service here is absolutely sensational, the best I've ever seen at any restaurant - steakhouse or otherwise. I was completely blown away by staff at all levels and the care and attention they gave to us. Outback Jacks: whatever your hiring policy is, don't change it, it's perfect!! Oh, and the steaks are great as well! Definitely coming back for more!

We had a booking of 12 adults and kids. 3steaks were cold ribs cold. There we're 4 of us who we're drinking 50 lashes and purchased 10 then told they had no more. Ran out. Glass of wine had to take it back as lipstick on glass. When we let them know. They offered us a free drink why they couldn't supply the beer we wanted. We could not eat all our meal left over half the meal. They didn't even clear our table of empty drink glasses or stubbies. When the manager was challenged we got we had a busy lunch. We didn't expect a large booking. Asked what are you going to do for us. We we're told they would refund a meal. I suggested to pay half price as we didn't eat the meal. But was told no 1 free meal or 10% off the bill. So they took off 50 dollars of a bill if over 500.00 . Daughter asked for no tomato or BBQ sauce on her Burger but guess what it came out with both on it she did not eat it. .Go figure. Won't be back or recommend they only got a 1 star as had to leave one.
Ordered 2 lunch meals, Calamari and Chips, and a Fish and chips for me and my brother. What we got was a meal for one. About 8 chips each, and a serve 3 fish fingers with a side of calamari. When I complained I was informed that was their usual lunch servings. What a joke. If I could give half a star, I would.
Good fast service and nice food. used the 30 off voucher for joining online newsletter so it was a cheap dinner.

Worst plc ever. Strathpine outback has the worst service. Waiter didn't even lead us to the table. Waited 15min just to order. Another 15 after just to get drinks. Did i mention it wasn't even busy........and the food......well McDonald's has better food and service
Service was poor. Had to wait around before someone came over to seat us. Staff were rude and not helpful at all. Dinner was very poor. Won't be going back again
DISGUSTING, ARROGANT, POOR SERVICE. TRIED TO BOOK BY PHONE. PERSON ON PHONE TOLD US IT WAS ALL GOOD, PLENTY OF ROOM JUST COME DOWN. DIDNT TAKE OUR DETAILS AND THEN HUNG UP. TRIED TO CALL BACK AND DIDNT ANSWER PHONE. TRIED TO MAKE ONLINE BOOKING TO MAKE SURE WE WERE OK, AND THEY DIDNT GET BACK TO US AGAIN. SHOWED UP AT 7PM (AS WE WERE TOLD IT WAS ALL GOOD OVER THE PHONE) TURNED US AWAY AS THEY WERE CLOSING AT 7PM. THIS WAS FATHERS DAY!!!!!!! WHAT A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. USED TO DINE HERE OFTEN. WILL NOT RETURN. I CAN SEE WHY THEY ARE NEVER BUSY. A GOOD RESTAURANT WILL ALWAYS BE BUSY. RUDE RUDE RUDE, IM TOTALLY DISGUSTED. I HAVE MY OWN BUSINESS AND TREAT MY CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY ARE ALL VIP'S AND LOOK AFTER THEM. NOT LIKE THIS MOB!
