Harry was great. He greeted me as soon as i walked in and simplified all the jargon for me. Very upbeat. All staff were same.

Only 2 staff working. Both attending to new mobile deals so there was no staff to deal with a large number of other customers, including me. Not good.

Both my partner and I checked our mobile phone plans. My partner changed hers for a cheaper plan and I stayed with my present plan. The staff was very helpful

Very poor customer service - take my advise & go anywhere but this provider. I never give bad reviews, but people need warning not to use Optus.

Simply the best NBN provider in Australia. The NBN modem used is excellent providing above minimum speeds everyday. 90mbps plan, receiving 108mbps daily. This modem does actually switch to 4G if required,unlike other providers. Highly recommend Optus for NBN services
