I actually go out of my way to go to this store because the staff are always friendly and very helpful. Much better customer service and a better experience then the other stores I have visited.

The help and range of products is great, typical of office works. However all the self serve printers weren't working which was makes me not happy

Matt from strathpine office works tech support is wonderful. Helped me first go with my Google nest issue. His clear, and simple instructions had it reset and running again in no time.

Officeworks Strathpine is by far the best Officeworks on Brisbane's North. Staff are always friendly, and they're always super happy to help with any last minute print jobs I have, the day before an assignment is due. Definitely not as busy as other Officeworks, but I'd consider that a good thing - as I'm never waiting long for print services. (Max 10 minutes on an A2 colour board). Thank you guys, tell your staff to keep it up (especially those on today).

Hopeless. Wont answer phone to check on status of click and collect which has been delayed over a week. If they don't have the stock then don't promote the product and allow purchase.
