I was given the greatest customer service today from Curtis he knew his products and he listened to me about my needs. He is also going to save me over 300 as I was told by another key cutting company that this would be the cost of a key that I can wear whilst swimming. When I get my new car I will drive the 30km to get my key.

Not good. I put my watch in for the face to be re-fitted. They are meant to contact the customer to provide a quote for the repair, get the okay from the customer to go ahead based on the quote, send it to the jeweller and when it returns, contact the customer to let them know that it is ready to be collected. Mr Minit Strathpine did not do any of that. After 2 weeks waiting, I had to approach them to ask them if they had received the quote from the jeweller yet. They told me off for asking, then discovered that the quote was already there, to which I said Yes Please Go Ahead. Another 2 weeks passed, no contact again. I approached Strathpine shop again. They rebuked me again for asking, then said they were waiting for the watch to come back. I walked home (10 minutes). As I walked in the door, the phone was ringing. Upon answering, it was a lady from Strathpine Mr Minit saying "We have a quote for the repair of your watch. It will cost 49.95, Would you like to go ahead with the repair?" When I said Blah Blah as above, she then said a whole lot of rubbish to me and promised it would be collected on Friday (4 days away) from jeweller and for me to wait till Friday. I called the jeweller. They said they had sent it back 14 days previous to Strathpine Mr Minit. I made the mistake of calling Mr Minit with this new information to which the girl said No Your Watch Is Not Here. Straightaway walked back to the shops despite her being adamant that it wasn't there. This us the point that I realised it's stupid to deal with her. They found it in a drawer. It was there all that time. Don't believe anything they tell you. Get on to them all the time. They don't appear to have any procedures in place and each worker doesn't follow procedures and the girl spins fake stuff.

Visiting Mr Minit Strathpine made my experience so easy! Ben went out of his way and helped fix a previous engraving problem from elsewhere and made it better. I would highly recommend their business. I will never go anywhere else from now on! 10/10. Thanks Ben and Ian

I lost my only key in a big farm! I’m hopeless that days because the dealer can’t provide the key code for me. I had contacted with Mr.Ben so many times，after the first failed attempt to unlock the lock(I mistakes the car’s year), Mr. Ben gave me a lift home and pick me up to the farm where my car parked in the next day, he never gave up my car! He made it, a professional and patient man. Thanks to Mr.Ben, or don’t know what to do! Your hero！

Omg! Ian was super helpful! I was so worried about needing a new garage buzzer and he went above and beyond to get it in as quick as he could and called me the second it arrived and was also able to help me in seconds with a new key when I lost mine the same day! Will never be going anywhere else! Thank you so so sooo much Ian! You saved me!!
