Had the best experience ever ..the manager and other 2 staff members that were working that day was nothing but extraordinary .the 3 ladies were absolutely lovely and more than accommodating to all our needs ..they were friendl,had bubbly personalitys and there customer service was outstanding ..because of this experience I will be back every time .. Very happy with the ladies and their exceptional service, I have purchased 2 products from them at this store and everytime it has been amazing and very accommodating, very bubbly, happy and welcoming.
Went & got my ring cleaned, the lady left for a minute. Comes back with my ring wet & it’s not even clean. Why pretend? I’ve always been lucky that every time I go to other Michael Hill jewellers, they are always so happy to help & clean. Wouldn’t buy at Strathpine for this one reason.
I have purchased all my jewellery from MH. Never had a bad experience besides my last one the weekend of Mother’s Day. I decided to drop my rings in to get rodium plated and checked by the jeweller. The lady who served me was quite rude as I didn’t bring the correct paperwork. I don’t work at MH so how would I know. She then proceeded to belittle me when I asked if they could be rodium plated... like I was asking a stupid question. She then said I would have to leave them and come back later to sign the paperwork as they were to busy to do it now due to Mother’s Day... meanwhile no one was in the store expect me. Next time I go I will ask to be served by someone else if she serves me.
Great customer service and deals Except for the maneger no help in the world went into the store to do a warranty on my watch had 2 ladies say that shouldn't of happened to it then the manager calls me today saying it isnt a warranty claim.. not happy at all
