Food is acceptable for its price point. Steak is good. The service is amazing with very nice staff.

These guys are Amazing! They have just reopened just in time for our Anniversary dinner! The staff were all smiles and friendly, always checking in to see if we needed anything. New rules surrounding covid meant we had to tell the staff what we wanted while they plated everything. Was an extremely quick process, hardly any line to wait in. Great food choices, all cooked well. Weve been here a few times now, and will return again. Thanks again for another wonderful night!
We managed to get a spot as a walk in. We were offered a time slot for 1 hr and 45mins or we could wait to have a longer slot. We opted for the early slot. It gave us plenty of time. Everyone was lovely. Absolutely exceptional service! Staff were patient with kids choosing what they wanted. As you now line up and get an individual waiter who plates up for you. This is awesome with kids! Great variety for the size of the place. Plenty of food! No waiting for food to come out. Will be back again soon! Couldn't find a single fault. Keep up the Amazing work! I would really like to thank the staff for the service they provided. Ive found alot of places i've been the customer service has gone down since covid. However you have done exactly the opposite and made sure to have staff who actually want to help. Well done!
I give a 3 star for this restaurant purely from our experience last night. Firstly in the reception we were waiting for the receptionist. It was understandably busy and with the new set up. We were sent to our table with Muri and another worker now Muri is the reason we have given stars actually. She had taken us to table 37 and explained everything to us. She was absolutely stunning i felt so comfortable with her. She looked after us the entire night and had so much fun with my son he asked if that was his aunt. Secondly the plates kept stacking up on our small table the workers were no where to be seen it was frustrating to clear it. The food however was amazing it never fails in that department. Overall i would recommend this place it will be normal soon.
Lovely restaurant and huge variety of food helpfully staff we come again.. plenty of variety's and the steak was soft and juice... Drinks were well priced as well.. rum and coke 7.00.. ! Was our first time and loved the place .. ! Only comment is that no garlic prawns no wings and no dumplings .. would like to know when they come on the menu.. ? Great food anyways.. but was advertised..!
I've visited this Jayliano's and the Brookside Jayliano's and both are equally incredible! The staff, service and food are all amazing.

On a arrival last night we had been served by Maree i believe her name is. Her customer service was second to none, she had helped me and my husband the entire night having a lot of conversations.The atmosphere seemed elegant and beautiful with the new way of life COVID - 19 this restaurant has it all sorted and i bet its because of her. The food is just as amazing i felt like getting up every plate. My body just couldn’t cope. I highly recommend this place would definitely be back for more i hope Maree is still there she is a Gem.
