Sonya is absolutely amazing! She welcomed me with a smile as I walked into the salon today. It was my first time getting my lash extensions refilled in this salon and it was a great experience. Sonya took care of me and explained what she was doing, she just genuinely cared for me. I will be a regular and Grace Beauty and Threading Strathpine will be my go to lash and brow place ️

Love it that I can just walk in and get beautiful sculptured eyebrows in a very short amount of time. The girls there are very professional.
My eyelash technician was super lovely, my eyelashes though are super disappointing, they are choppy on my eye and had some fall out 10 minutes after application, my lash lady though, did fix it for free. Not great quality for the price I could have had beautiful full lashes from anywhere else with a solid lash line for the same price that i got less than natural from here. Also one of the lash ladies made the environment very uncomfortable and spoke loudly with an aggressive tone mid way into my service seeming to hurry my technician along resulting in poor quality.
Before the girls were experienced but this time I visited for eyebrow threading new girl just cut my eyebrow short as I was not wearing my glasses so I didn’t check but it’s horrible. No etiquettes of customer service either. Highly priced but very poor service Don’t recommend
