F45 Strathpine was introduced to me by my friend Keri and I am so very grateful to her for that. A great location with a large studio (complete with showers), and plenty of parking. F45 Strathpine trainers are super cheery , dedicated, knowledgeable and proactive. With a joke and a smile they can make you want to work harder, and for the first time in my life, I enjoy the extra nudge to lift heavier or move faster. I am very happy to find myself the fittest and strongest I have ever been (and in my forties), all thanks to F45 Strathpine. It would be more convenient for me to attend a host of other gyms, but I just don’t want to go anywhere else. A great community where all people of all sizes feel comfortable and supported.

Best decision I ever made. After many years of going to a typical gym, and my results constantly going up and down. I had enough. We made the switch to F45. The photo was taken after my first 6 weeks. But since then I transformed my whole body by 4 dress sizes, I feel so fit, and healthy now. The team environment, the amazing trainers and the fun atmosphere is hard to beat. The trainers that did everything for us to keep us going thru the covid closure, the zoom classes, fb lives, the million classes they did to make sure we all kept at it!! It was a big help, feeling like you were still connected, and we all got thru it together.. You guys rock! Seriously I cannot rate the trainers high enough, they deserve more than 5 stars. They make everybody here feel welcome, they will help you to achieve your goals, and help with your technique. Great bunch of people to, and have made many new friends ! This pic was after 6 weeks

Awesome place, trainers are encouraging and continuously pushing you to your limits. You get a good laugh while u are sweating it out as well. The owner is easy to approach and an all rounder awesome person. The whole atmosphere of the place is very welcoming.
The best decision of my life was signing up for F45 at Strathpine!!! Before F45, I had a gym membership for 2 years but can count the number of times I went on one hand. I struggled with figuring out what to do at the gym, and staying motivated. I started F45 on a 7 day trial and already saw results physically and mentally, that I couldn't NOT sign up to join. Before taking the plunge to join, I saw reviews on Facebook that F45 wasn't good for teaching good technique and form because of how quick the sessions are. At the Strathpine studio, I have never had that problem. I am constantly learning so much from the trainers there. I'm from Logan but making the drive to the Strathpine studio is so worth it for me purely because of the uplifting and motivating environment the trainers have created. 10/10 would recommend
BEST decision of my life. I have always struggled to stay focused on my training and would essentially give up after a few weeks, but the trainers at F45 Strathpine have been the biggest supporters and consistently help keen me accountable in a way I have never had before. They are always there to ensure my form and technique are correct (due to a bad lower back injury) and will help push me through sessions (despite the numerous attempts of me wanting to give up) Cannot recommend this studio enough. The atmosphere and community support is rare but so contagious. Izzy & Oscar have built this studio into my literal safe haven with a team of top quality trainers
F45 Strathpine has CHANGED MY LIFE!!! I've been going to F45 Strathpine for 1.5 years now, and not only am I 10kg lighter and 5x stronger, but I've also got the best workout buddies you could ever ask for, and the best mindset towards exercise as I genuinely look forward to every session. At F45 Strathpine, EVERY SINGLE WORKOUT is the best workout of your life. Issy (the owner) is the most dedicated young entrepreneur and business woman, who dealt with Covid like a PRO and kept me strong and fit the whole time virtually! The trainers are the best in the business who push and encourage me every day and genuinely feel like family. So if you want to improve your life in every way, come join F45 Strathpine!! Could not recommend it more!!
Fantastic atmosphere and community feel! The F45 trainers have all the stations set up ready to go with a different workout each time. It’s great to be able to book in online and rock up and your workout for the day is done in 45mins. The pumping music and fast pace makes you get through the class feeling great. The amazing bearded trainer is always there and practically lives at the studio and really loves answering questions for everyone
