At first I had a great experience here. Adam was really helpful and made it easy for us to understand what we needed. On my 3rd return to spend another couple hundred on glue I was greeted by someone who I assume is the owner. He was rude, didn't refund the correct deposit amount and made us feel like idiots for asking a question about cutting tiles. I ended up not buying anything else and went to bunnings where there is a really helpful floor guy.
