This is the rudest and most belligerent pharmacy, of either CW chain or any chemist branch at all, devoid of any form of customer service. I have shopped at CW for years, but I am tired of their attitude. Just because they are numero uno & are the most stocked does not mean I cannot use small, family or non-chained pharmacies. The retail assistants, managers & pharmacists can all go to h*ll. Only good employees there are the pharmacist assistants. What is it with Queensland customer service in general? It’s like Sydney in the 1970s & ‘80s; the time before customer service was invented. I will now hit CW where it hurts - in the hip pocket. If enough people rebel they will really have to reconsider their ways. They are not even cheap; in fact often the same prices or exceeding other chemist companies. People power!!

You have a few pharmacists that work here and the younger guy and girl who are both in their first years are exceptional. There is also two more mature pharmacists which relate to the below negative reviews where they have no sense of urgency and you will wait 10-20mins to have a script filled even when there is no one else waiting. The team on the floor assisting and at the counter are great.

I recently went here to take advantage of the massive fragrance sale they had. I was thoroughly impressed by the service I was given. The gentleman that helped me pick out a perfume allowed me to test whatever perfume I liked so I could find the one I loved. This store is well maintained and tidy. I enjoy coming here and spending all my money on perfume, makeup and health products!!

25 minutes to have a prescription filled when practically the only person in store and only one other prescription to be filled before mine? You have to be kidding me. Absolutely shocking service.... and this is not the first time. Will not be returning and recommend that you avoid unless you want to waste half your weekend waiting for your prescription.
