The minute your money passes over the counter you are on the backfoot. Rude abusive counter staff. After the argument you wont get a refund just a voucher. Faceless store owner. Grey men in coats counting their money. Centralised complaints department - on-line only. Just another barrier for customers to overcome. Don't even have a published telephone number. They wont ring you. They don't even believe in "external phone calls" ?? What's that about?? Avoid, avoid , avoid !! Shiny shopfront, flashy website, hipster image belies the grubbiness and nastiness of the second hand industry. Truly you are swimming with sharks. Don't stick your toe in the water with CeX.
Constantly sold faulty products over and over again had to make multiple trips to the store to get products replaced only to be given another faulty product or even the same faulty product that I had previously returned. Staff are useless and lie to customers about getting the items fixed. Absolute joke of a business do not understand how they can't do their jobs properly
Be aware that they WILL NOT do refunds. You will instead be given a voucher, to the value of the item you purchased, to use in any of their stores. Absolutely no cash/credit is returned.
Bit overpriced.... But hey some cheap finds.
