I've had a number of hit and miss experiences with Centrelink especially their phone services, however I went into Centrelink today and had excellent results. the staff member that assisted me made the process so simple and answered every question I had without making it a big deal. given the fact that my claim had been in progress for weeks with no answers once completed they were kind enough to fast-track my claim for me. overall great experience with the Strathpine office.

I have had a great experience with Kendell and Zoe. Zoe went through my process and was very thorough . Received all the information that was needed and was very warm and welcoming. Well trained staff in my opinion .
Paula was incredible! She has saved me alot of money from the hospital. No other staff helped me at all. All they have said that no your not eligible for medicare but Paula spent 2 hours over the phone n got it done. Thanks Paula.
It Couldn't do a simple process like putting me through to a person to speak to, and sort the issue out. Instead I got hung up on after listening to all the pre recorded rubbish.
Debbie is incredible! Other medicare offices refused to help me because it would take too much time and Debbie had everything sorted in 4 mins! I wish the best for Debbie, you are a star! Wish everyone was as nice and efficient as her!
Centrelink Strathpine staff are generally very good. The bureaucratic Centrelink system itself however and therefore the results you come away with following any Centrelink office visit are mostly unjust, unsupportive and draconian.
Just had a less-than-satisfactory consultation with one of the Medicare consultants (not going to give her name). But I do want to name and highly commend the Manager (Candice), who was very professional, handling and rescuing a difficult situation with great skill. Thank you, Candice. Also Debbie, who took over our consultation - you were amazing: so thorough, knowledgeable and again utterly professional. Well done to both Candice and Debbie - and thank you.
Most of the staff are great except for J. J has clearly been in the job too long and has given up on trying to help. -3 stars for her snide attitude and smug demeanor.
