Do not ever give the little, thin, white haired old lady in this post office anything to post which has stamps on it. Don't know her name but she's masculine and never smiles. That should narrow it down anyway. My Customers have complained they haven't received the items. Due to previous problems I have had with her in the past she has likely to have recently taken it upon herself to punish me by binning the envelopes. Bit of a coincidence that the only letters that have been lost are the ones I made the mistake of giving to her. Thats now 5 i have given to you and 5 which have got lost. I see other bad reviews have been made about you as well and I have witnessed the way you speak down to customers to belittle them on front of other people. You do it to staff too. Your customer service skills are awful and I will be putting in a complaint about you to auspost. You're a vile woman. I really hope you lose your job as a result of this.

The old hag that worked on the 23rd of December should get a new job or retire. Her lack of customer service and basic knowledge of her job description on this day was evident. 5 stars for the folks at the Albany Creek post office who helped my mother without hesitation and with a smile on their face!
The line is always a little bit longer here (as expected in such a location) but the service is quick and the team are generally happy, helpful, and serve you with a smile. Have never had any issue with this post office, and generally choose to go here as opposed to others in the area.
Went in there to pay bills for my grandmother. The lady who served me was extremely rude. Do not recommend this store to anyone. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
Worst experience at this post office... Stacey is the worst customer service my partner and I have ever met. No please no thank you no single smile but only angry tone. Incredibly rude and made us very comfortable.
I dont know if they're trying to up their revenue or someone is embezzling but they consistently try and charge you two or three times the shelf price for postage unless you argue with them.
