I wish I could rate them 0 stars. Garbage place. They don’t look for work for you. They don’t help out with resumes or cover letters.... they claim money from the government for jobs you find on your own and not through them. They suspend payments unnecessarily. Multiple times I’m in touch with them and still have payments suspended. Criminal.

The unprofessionalism is astounding. That goes for Banyo as well, there I have not been able to reach them by phone at least 5 times. I then rang Strathpine who sent a message and I got a call. No message machine? Not worth one star. I encourage all those having to deal with this agency to ring the Centrelink 1800 number as you are allowed to change your service provider once. Check all service providers first, according to reviews, before you change. Centrelink has a complaint process you can access to put in a formal complaint re any agency that is not assisting as they should be. I encourage you to do so. Be proactive, find your strength (yes I know how it feels) and get what you have the right to get. If you have questions, read the legislation relating to the service this company is supposed to provide. I believe it is the Social Services Legislation Amendment (Welfare Reform) Bill 2017. I wish you find your power and get the service and assistance you are due.

12 phone calls during there open times. Im sent directly to a FULL VOICEMAIL. 2 phone calls to their HR. I called ON MY APPOINTED TIME FOR AN INTERVIEW. They didn't bother to pick up. So now I lost centrelink payments and can't fix it because of this worthless company.

They will suspend payments for not participating in an appointment even though you've tried to call them three times at the allotted time. Staff are unhelpful, disregard clients with disabilities, and are obviously just a scheme to fraudulently gain money from the government.

An absolutely pathetic place to go to. I had an appointment for 9.30am and was there well before time. There was no acknowledgement from anyone who works there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. When you consider that they get a government kick back for helping someone find a job maybe they need to find people to work there who are willing to help people.

Not worth a star they are unreal while trying to find work They were no help at all then when you find a job yourself They try to make out they helped and try to claim the credit for it ,then they wanted payment slips told them what for they said centrelink needed it found out was lies this is how they claim so I got myself off of payments so they could not claim they got me a job. Someone should look into them as they are making claims They do not do. Would not recommend them to anyone
