Friendly, helpful, efficient and professional staff! I was greeted and acknowledged by every ANZ staff whilst waiting in line. I had a bag of coins (at least 200 coins) in which was not sorted into it’s denominations. The gentleman at the front was kind enough to help me sort all the coin chaos quickly and efficiently. He was so friendly and engaged in good customer rapport

Opened an account. I had lots of questions and the staff helped me out. Much more preferable than dealing with phone/internet/app. Left the branch knowing the details and confident in the product.
I am often around this end of the shopping centre and 3 times in the last week the alarms have gone off for hours at a time. I would hate to see how they responded in an actual robbery.
Tellers are helpful but there needs to be more available. 15 minute wait times aren't acceptable anywhere
Horrible branch 3 counters 2 open 10 people waiting. Customer service at ANZ is horrible they don't care even the slightest. I was a new customer waiting to set up my pin 45 min service a gave up. Got on phone with ANZ and cancelled my account staying with Boq.
Very helpful staff, they helped me a lot when I changed my mortgage from my previous bank to ANZ
