By far the Worst customer service I've ever experienced. they just want your money to be blunt. The regional manager and the store manager are both very aggressive and clearly untrained in customer service. I wouldn't recommend.. They have a 1.5 star rating for a reason
The staff that were on at 1:30pm on the 11th of Feb were actually really quite rude. I was disgusted when I left with how the staff acted towards me, the curly haired women in particular. I will no longer support this specific store at this shopping centre again On the positive side... There was some really beautiful jewellery for good pricing and some really good sales!

Customer service is very bad . If u need something on sale and they don’t have it ,they will not arrange from other store .store manager is non welcoming and tries to get rid of customer and very rude and aggressive to kids as well. Will not go to this store again . Chermside store’s customer service is excellent .
