Nobody answers the phone here, or bothers to return calls. I had to drive 45 minutes to airdrie to set up a new post box because they lied and said they didnt have the capabilities to set one up. Utterly useless.

Great people, great service. They moved to this location a couple years ago and it is already too small though with increased package shipping volumes.

Impossible to meet their requirements to pick up my own mail. This has been going on for three weeks. I have valid government issued ID, and a pile of legal documents. I’m going to try again today. If there was any other choice I would take it over using Canada Post in Strathmore.
