I've come to Murray Chrysler twice now for a new vehicle, and have had my vehicles serviced there ever since. Every time I walk into the dealership, everyone greets me with a smile and a warm hello. My second experience buying a new vehicle was no different than the first. Connie listened to my wants in a vehicle and she was on it. Shawn and Spencer spent a while trying their best to find a vehicle in my ball park and they found the one! Selby in financing worked her magic to make sure I got approved for financing and helped make sure all the paperwork was in order so I could drive the vehicle off the lot without a hassle. And then the General Manager Darren coming and shaking my hand and thanking me personally for my business. The overall environment and Murray Chrysler and the quick work of everyone, to find me my perfect Dodge Charger is amazing. I'm grateful for the staff and the environment! Back in 2017 I bought a used vehicle from Strathmore Dodge and 2 days later the battery died, the vehicle was dead in the water. Strathmore Dodge took responsibility, replaced the battery and paid for the jumps I needed to get to work. They assured me that my insurance on the vehicle wouldn't be affected. Fast forward 3 years and I am coming up to the end of my insurance period and I am ready to take back my claim for the insurance that I hadn't used. Unfortunately that battery replacement had been used on the insurance and had made my claim void. I was very upset, I had been personally reassured by the Strathmore Dodge reps, back in 2017, that this wouldn't happen. To make things worse, I learned that the dealership had switched hands. I thought my case would be even more difficult to push my claim. Luckily Brittney and Trevor at the new Strathmore Dodge took my case. Even though they had nothing to gain from helping, nor had they gained anything from me in the past, they worked their butts off for me because they could see I was wronged. They're moral compasses are hugely intact and I would recommend working with these two individuals if you get the opportunity.
