Gracie Mae's new store, just gave her a bath and this place is clean, great staff ( Alex ) is my go to person. Remember if your pet is in need this is the place to go. But again that's just me ( I really like this place and staff ) so does my Gracie Mae. Stay Safe and shop in your hood

My dog really needed a bath (see photo), so I took her to my favorite dog wash place...Pet Valu!!! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, so I really like that I don't have to strain my back, while washing my dog. I love that I don't have to bring my own towels or shampoo, or clean up afterwards (although I try not to make too much of a mess). The staff are very friendly and although my dog hates baths, I enjoy taking her there, if I have to, because its easier for me.

Pet Valu in Strathmore has the best self-serve pet wash that I have ever used! They provide everything you will need. The only thing you need to supply is the pet! It is spotless, well designed and provided a very pleasant experience for my fearful dogs. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The equipment worked great-the water spray was strong, consistent temperature and effective, the hose long enough to accommodate a large dog and I was able to the best job ever with my Lab’s very dense and water resistant fur! Your booking allows plenty of time and there is a extremely reasonable flat rate fee that includes all our your supplies. I couldn’t have been happier. I will return every time my girls need a clean up!
I don’t think your employees have the authority to force people to use hand sanitizer upon entry into the store especially when they try to show you their hands being red and irritated and the reason why I tell you that I can’t wear it, was treated pretty rudely about it upon explaining this and I ended up walking out. We may be in a pandemic but I don’t feel it is right to tell people what they have to rub into their skin and not care about allergies and other possible factors, at the very least I can only hope that whoever sees this talks to the ladies there about their people skills, had they not been rude about it I wouldn’t be writing this right now.
