Food is good but customer service is terrible. Arguing with a customer about the use of a coupon, telling them that it's an online only coupon when it's not, then being shown that it can be used in store, then still trying to tell the customer they're wrong? Messing up someone's order because you're trying to put orders through too fast instead of listening to what people tell you, then you try to tell the customer they told you the wrong thing? Sad treatment of people. Management was in the back and did nothing. Clearly they don't care about customer service.
not a good kfc.i have been buying 4 piece meal there for years.i do not like white meat so i always order thighs.i was always charged for 4 piece meal but new staff are now charging me by the piece so its more money and you dont get your salad so i thought i would just try something else but the new staff can not seem to get your order right.the frys are always cold and not good frys.good thing the chicked does not change.
The service is good but a bit slow. The prices are okay if you take advantage of the deals, (5 fillup, 2 meals 10 etc. The restaurant and washroom were clean.
Don't bother ordering online. They wont start your order til you get there anyways. When they do, it's a "Turtle Derby" to see who can do the least work and move the slowest. It was honestly agonizing to watch the line up stack up because they were sooooooo slooooow about every. single. thing. Wont waste my time here again.
Service was fast just the way I like it
Food was hot and good, but the service was really slow. I waited over a half hour for an 18 piece bucket. I wasn't in a hurry, and they were learning a whole new point of sale system so I wasn't really upset. Its the longest I've had to wait tho
