Best curry we've had in ages!!!! Booked this restaurant for the second night of our Babymoon stay in Strathaven and it didn't disappoint! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the restaurant itself is very modern with a traditional twist. We were spoiled for choice as the menu had a lot to offer and the smell of the food cooking made me want to sample everything! My partner decided on the Aloo Chana Poori for starters and I got the Mushroom Poori and then for our mains my partner got the Chicken Tikka Makhani Masala and I opted for the Chicken Tikka Punjabi Farms which had a lovely little kick to it! We went for plain pilau rice and and a Garlic Naan bread for the sides which was huge!!! The waiter described it as the size of an Elephants ear and he was not far wrong!!! Absolutely delicious meal from start to finish, would 100% recommend and would definitely visit again if we ever came back to Strathaven!

I've never been a big fan of Indian cuisine but the Taal converted me. They have a great vegan menu, food is proper yummers and the portion sizes are spot on. Staff are super friendly and very helpful!

Excellent restaurant with very friendly staff. The food is outstanding with plenty of it. The only criticism, and it is only a small one, is the menu. The text, size and font on the menu is far to difficult to read. Can you look at changing it to a more suitable format to make it easier to read.

Fantastic meal, food was excellent. I have a fussy 12 year old who tried pakora for the first time and loved it! Staff were all friendly and welcoming, great atmosphere.

After we got our food without any cutlery, we had to ask for it and after 5 minutes we got 4 fork... we doesn't even had a plate under them and i haven't mentioned that i usually eat with knife too... After they told us that they had ran out of what we ordered, they only can serve 2 menu out of 4 so we asked for the menu list again. After 15 minutes of waiting we had bored it, payed for the 2 started and the 3 drink, and went to subway.
