In 40 years of wearing hearing aids, Tom is by far the audiologist who has excellent product knowledge and understanding of hearing impairment, matching hearing needs to the most appropriate aid and associated accessories. After wearing NHS hearing aids for years I found I still couldn't hear properly. I booked an appointment and was introduced to Alex, straight away he made me feel at ease, after a few tests he explained my hearing loss and what could be done to improve it. He fitted me with new hearing aids and for the first time I could hear every little sound it was amazing, Thank you Alex I would highly recommend you and your team Ronnie Hollingworth.
I can’t recommend this centre highly enough always very professional extremely helpful always go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your aids, fitting etc very friendly atmosphere would never go anywhere else
