Music Matters

I wanted to buy a hifi system, which was advertised on the website. Upon arrival (after quite a long journey) it was clear they did not have it. Staff were unapologetic and did not seem particularly interested in helping. Shame because it looked like quite a good shop in many other respects.

I recently purchased some speakers and a network receiver from them and I have to say the service was excellent! Very good advice and competitive pricing. I had a few problems setting it all up at home and without hesitation they came out and sorted it out, you couldn’t ask for more than that. Trevor
