I am in this shop a lot more than I want to be but that’s because my daughters keep dropping their phones/ipads, getting them wet or locking them from putting in the wrong passwords. Compared to the other phone shops in Stratford they are very reasonably priced, friendly, helpful and quick. I can take my phone in then pop and do a bit of shopping and it’s ready super fast. I think if a shop does well like this one it’s good to let local people know.

Their repair is scam, needed to replace charging port flex cable, was told parts are in stock and repair will be done by 1pm next day and I will receive a call when ready, didn't receive the call, called back and was told that parts are not available and I need to wait for another 2 days, after 2 days, phone still not fixed, wanted to collect the phone, they are lying that it is Birmingham and it is a complex repair, but everyone can check ifixit to see how complex it is really. A shame of independent repair... Also more expensive than official repair...

I’ve bought a number of products from here... multiple chargers and earphones and they all break within less a month. Some quality products. Good staff and they offer you good deals though
