Great service from start to finish. Dan was very professional, helpful and responsive and fitted a new gate lock for us at a development we manage. He had to order the lock in but it was still fitted less than a week after we first made contact with him, plus he gave us some very useful advice. All in all, would completely recommend and would definitely use again. Thanks!

Highly recommend Dan: Efficient, friendly and well-priced. Spot on service from the first call to the end of the job. I will definitely use again in the future.
Fitted a new Yale lock to my Dad's back door - very neat job, cheerful service!
We are so glad that we found Dan to help when the lock seized up on our back door. He arrived bang on time, explained the problem and proceeded to access the mechanism and replace it as it was beyond repair. He quoted a very reasonable price and didn't rush the job making sure to clean and tidy as he finished up. With so many options on the internet for this sort of service it is great to find someone reputable and reliable. I would highly recommend DS Locksmiths if you are ever in need.
Dan was brilliant from start to finish. He was really easy to get hold of, happy to answer queries over the phone and came out to quote for the work required on the same day. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, advised on the different lock levels available and which would meet our insurance requirements, and within a week from quoting we had everything installed. Dan did the work so easy, and was really tidy too, no sign he had been here other than the shiny new locks! A really great guy, and we have his number saved for any future work (or help!) we may need. Good value for money for the service provided, great customer service and we would really recommend him.
