I honestly do not understand the good reviews and I hope the collapse in food quality was just due to special circumstances. I am a fan of sushi and Japanese restaurants and I experienced many around the world but this one was fairly the most deceiving I've ever been to. The rice was too sticky, too much vinegar and probably not fresh. We had the discovery sushi menu with 40 pieces to share, and none of them was actually was worthwhile. Even the simplest salmon avocado california was a failure. I would have been happy to say at least that the service was nice, but the lady who \served\ us was cold, impulsive, and even agressive. There was also this waiter, a young boy who was apparently nice but he was not in charge of us. It was a Saturday night and we had to make a reservation. My friend called once and they said it is fully booked for the day. I called by mistake 10 minutes later and they made a reservation for 30 minutes later. I must say the interior design is very nice and calm, the opposite of all the rest basically...

Good sushi in a quite quarter of the city
Good and very tasty sushi, super friendly service, eco friendly packaging, 2 types of wasabi and 2 types of soy sauce. Price not cheap but reasonable. No problem when you don't speak French. Small choice of fish but everything fresh.
Fantastic place
Many choices in Japanese specialties. What I ate was very good. Service OK. Japanese-bobo frame. Do not look from the outside, but deserve to stop there. I will return to taste other dishes.
After driving all day we arrived after 9 PM in Strasbourg and were desperate for something to eat.. Shoon saved us in a delicious way. We came to the restaurant at 10 PM, too late to eat there but we were still able to order take out, which we did. The order was delivered promptly and all of it was fresh and appetisingly prepared, even in the box - I would love to go there again for a full sit-down meal because the restaurant had a relaxed vibe and everybody there seemed to be having a great time. Average japanese restaurant. The food is ok but not great, and the service is very slow and asynchronized (e.g. they serve only some people at the table, and make them wait the others for more than 10 min). I would not recommend coming here.
