Nice response. Super professional. It's not about a mask mandate, it's about caring for your customers. First of all, if a manager was in the building, why in the world would they not be dealing with me instead of sending an employee? Why would I allow you to fix it right after I waited for 45 minutes to learn you hadn't started my food yet? Also you notes that you gave it to someone else, while I was waiting. That's more than just a mistake you guys are completely unoeganized. You did t deserve that opportunity. I didn't storm out. I turned around and left because I did t want to wait. Maybe you were too busy hiding in the back, Mike, to know how I responded. I'm from Philly, that's the only reason I've been eating at your place. It's cool though, I'm not that homesick. This place is run by clowns, clearly. I would advise not responding again, Mike, but do you.

What an awesome place!!!! The food was absolutely amazing and the portions are huge Very clean and decorated very cute... The staff was super friendly From the owners, to the head cook (Andy), to the sweet girl at the counter, they all made us feel right at home! Definitely a place to check out while in town, you won't be disappointed!

Ordered Gyro with double cheese (paid extra 2) and got no cheese. Ordered cauliflower pizza, they were out and subbed with wings. Ordered garlic parm wings and got hot buffalo. Ordered 2 blue cheeses (paid extra) got no blue cheese or any dressings. Overall paid a lot and didn't get much.

Horrible service. Called and placed an order. Went to go pick it up 2 blonde ladies at the front said there was no order under the name and that they didn’t take any orders .. but they were the only workers there. They said we called the wrong place. I know what i called I did not call the wrong place. Instead of them asking what my order was in order to fix the problem, they just sat there and gave me an attitude. After i said what I ordered, they said “that wasn’t under the name you said” like what? They had a total different name then what i said. Not a good experience.

The new store on Wickham, the cheesesteak wit whiz and if you are feeling spicy get your chili peppers cooked in. Stromboli first rate!

I saw a cute photo online of the Valentine's Day special. Thought to myself, "That looks cute, let's do that, the hubby loves pepperoni pizza & it's simple." No. I ordered early in the day. It was 40 minutes late, stone cold, soggy pizza. Only one piece of cheesecake when there was supposed to be two. When I called to express how upset I was I was called," Sweetie," which is so condescending when you've completely ruined a holiday dinner. I can't tell you how the food tastes, but I can tell you that their service is horrible.

From the time I walked in and smelled the place, I knew it was gonna be good!! The food was awesome, the staff friendly, and the food was absolutely plentiful. Dont come here for small portions!!
