Upon arrival report to the gatehouse for access. If gatehouse is unmanned press the call button and the gates will be opened. Drive in and pull up in the loading bay area on the left. Walk to the transport or front desk office via the door opposite the zebra crossing. When loading or unloading keys must be given in but you can stay in your cab/unit. Toilets, water, showers, tea, coffee and a snack vending machine is available.

Spot on. Easy to get to and tipped very quick. Trailer was already loaded so just drop and swap and back on the road.
Go in there a lot and people are always polite and friendly. No complaints at all.
Still waiting to be paid for 10 hours work! Rude unhelpful company. This was the reply we received, saying that she doesn't deal with wages, and just \chase yourself\. Worked for the agency in 2020!!
Stupid company rules. All drivers must stay in small room. Not in cab the truck, because all drivers are terrorist. Very bad company.
