My first visit today, what an amazing place!!! Will most definitely be coming back. Although I have suppliers closer to my home. The lady who served me was so helpful, the selection was amazing and no pressure what so ever. Was a pleasure to visit, just wish I'd found them sooner..can't wait to come back when I have time to browse...as this visit was close to closing time . Thank you so much for your help. So much varied stock. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff
Most friendly efficient helpful staff I've come across, nothing too much trouble, with a lovely welcome from the dog too. fantastically well stocked with all you could ever need. And if you can't find it, staff know exactly where it is and get it for you. If not then a prompt order Can be placed. Even have customer toilets as many an hour or 2 can easily be spent just browsing.
