If I could give this organisation a lower rating I would. I would honestly avoid, so difficult to book on a day you would like and if you miss the bookings on the release date you have to wait for the next set to come out. If you don't manage to book a flight or your flight is cancelled you will not have everything explained to you but you will end up with serious issues, guaranteed. I wouldn't go as far to say this is an intentional con but I would say that they rely on people getting things wrong. We had an extension because two times our flights were cancelled. We were advised that we could book at the beginning of next season, which we attempted to do. This was months too late and they cancelled our tickets with no notice, no guidance, no reminders and no refund. We will not be flying in the balloon and we will not get our money back. We were on the phone with an adviser and they were totally unhelpful. All they did was said there was nothing they could do, almost on repeat. We explained that we will not be able to afford this again and we have missed out on a chance of a lifetime... Nothing! So, my honest advise would be to use another company. You might spend an extra 10 or 20, you might not. But what you will get is a smaller, more respectful company. Not a massive corporation that relies on windy days and miscommunication to rake in money for nothing. Very unhappy.

Avoid, a con! Most likely you will call up before the flight to hear a recorded message saying that your flight has been cancelled due to high wind (even when the weather looks perfectly fine outside). When you try to get a refund, you will have to wait 7 cancellations before that can even be considered and will have to wait multiple months between each flight. Save yourself your money, your time and your headache.
