Went in as a walk in on the off chance as my car didn't feel quite right but I wasn't quite sure what it needed. The gentleman I spoke to was so friendly and polite, genuinely treated me like a person rather than a simple female who didn't have a clue, managed to squeeze me in even though they clearly had enough work to keep them going. Would recommend!

Fast and efficient
Friendly staff with a othing is too much trouble\ attitude and the manager is very proactive in keeping the customer updated, which is a refreshing touch. They also have an extensive range of equipment so most things are done in house. Thanks guys.
The people who work at Treadfirst Stowmarket are first class. When my son's door would not open they had to order a part and kept us informed about the time it would take. In the meantime our car developed a fault and I took it in on the off chance they could sort on the day. Not only did they sort it but I got it back at lunchtime, both cars are now back to full working order. Wonderful service - cannot fault them.
Amazing service during lockdown, came to my place of work to sort out a puncture. Drove it to garage for me with the spare on, sorted out tyres and breaks within 24 hrs. Brilliant!! Friendly, great price, professional and very honest. Thank you all
