From purchasing the bed to having it delivered was a delightful experience. I'm not the most patient of people as I dislike shopping. However the service was first rate, within a short time of being attended to by Linda ( who was so friendly, nice and a thoroughly lovely person) I was actually interested!!! Having spent my career in retail i can say that these guys really do set the benchmark high for others to follow! I will certainly be visiting this store again.
Excellent customer service. Our sofa arrived with a problem and the Back Centre were fabulous in resolving it. You can never really judge a store until you see how they deal with difficulties. 5 star! Highly recommended.
Fantastic Shop - Half my house is filled with their beautiful items. Really good, well made furniture. Beautiful lighting and fantastic service. Wouldn't buy from anywhere else!
