I don't normally leave bad reviews, but I thought I'd make an exception! I have had a couple of poor experiences with Stourport Cycles over last couple of years. The most notable being when I rang to ask if he could fit a derailleur that I was having difficulty fitting myself. He happily accepted the request over the phone, but when I took my son's bike in to him, he made some snide comment about him selling derailleur's and having to wipe everyone's behind nowadays, who bring there own parts. I did begrudgingly still leave the bike with him, the only reason being my son needed the bike ASAP. I guess he'd had a bad day, but that's no excuse. Never been back and never will!

Always happy to deal with the owner Tim. Good range of stock and always come out with what I've needed. Service is very good, with a one to one dealing and expert advice. Will recommend to others.
