What excellent service i received from John. A friend mentioned them so gave them a ring. I was in the predicament that i needed tyres before 8am sunday morning and it was 5 to 6 friday afternoon and to add the that i wouldn't be able to collect after 11 saturday morning. John said no problem i dropped the bike off saturday morning and agreed to collect the bike from him late saturday night and a time that worked for me. Great price, great service and a genuine nice guy that i was happy to give my money to and will use again. Oh and he also did the MOT for me while he had it. Thank you

Purchased a Suzuki VL800 Volusia bobber 2003 an American import back in August last year. Bike had no service history and appeared to be in good nick as no rust or pitting on the chrome. First thought when delivered off the transport van was to get a full service and check over before a road test. Due to the bike being originally registered in 2003 no bike shop wanted to know as it was over 10 years old. Was told about SMC in Stourbridge and so contacted them. Got the bike booked in for a full platinum service to include wiring check. John was really helpful and polite and kept me up to date with how things were going. He discovered the wiring was in a right state and so called me up to have a look before he started any work. When the work was done what a change, the bike runs like new and this is the only place I will take it in the future. Don't think about anywhere else just use SMC, what an outfit and competitively priced too - no brainer

Superb service, cracking guys, nothing is too much trouble, helpful and friendly and very reliable. What more can you want? Parking is easy usually, right by the ring road in Stourbridge, they sell and fit tyres, service and repairs on all makes of bikes. They have some second hand bikes in stock and can supply you spares and accessories. What more can you want?
