Honest review from Business to Business. Purchased 300's worth of items from this store. Four days later called and asked where they were? Instantly told they would be with me that day which was strange. Ten days later still not arrived. Called the store around 20 times over a period of five days and left voice messages. No answer or response. Emailed many times. No response. These items I needed to re-sell on to my customers of which I have now let my customers down. For the first time ever I have had to do a charge-back with my bank to get my money back. This isn't a company, just a bunch of jokers. Avoid.

*AVOID* Ordered 60 worth of parts online, all of which were listed as being in stock. Received email claiming parts were on back order so called them to ask why and told that this was mentioned on the website (it was not). Requested a refund, but it never came. Processed a refund through PayPal but is 'pending' as they don't have funds available. Small claims court is the next process as this 'company' is clearly scamming customers. Will stick to Modelsport and Wheelspin models in future, this company gives the little guys a bad name. *AVOID*
