Brilliant customer service at Storage Giant Swansea. Dean was so helpful and friendly on the phone. Met Georgia and Dean at the office (social distance measures in place of course), and they made the whole process quick and easy. Taking the stress out of an already stressful situation with house move etc. Would definitely recommend and use again for any future storage needs. Thanks all :)

Extremely friendly welcome from Luke (I hope I have the right person). Check in was swift and painless. Having never used a storage facility before Luke took the time to show me the ropes. Not being from the area and facing a long drive home Luke also suggested a local beauty spot to visit before heading home. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend to anyone who needs storage.

Brilliant service from everyone I spoke to. They had an odd shaped unit that suited our needs down to the ground. Easy to access via the lifts and I could park under cover so the items wouldn't get wet in the recent storms. Overall, .an enjoyable experience

Always clean and tidy, currently observing regulations with Covid-19 effectively and sensitively for all customers. Would recommend to anyone needing extra storage.
