Storage Giant Cwmbran (Self Storage)

We have two units at Cwmbran Storage Giant. It’s a great place, bright, clean and safe at a reasonable price. Emily and Gareth do a fantastic job, always happy to help and answer any queries. They have anti bac sprays and hand gels as you go in and they are operating an appointment system to reduce the amount of visitors at the same time. 5 stars well deserved.

Plenty of parking and a large, clean facility in a fantastic location. All restrictions are in place with everyone following guidelines - very impressed! This is the first time I have used a storage facility. I needed to clear my loft space and this was a big help, to have somewhere to put stuff whilst sorting it all out. Emily and Gareth were friendly and efficient and I can't fault their service. They were also helpful in determining the size of unit required. The storage room was clean and spacious. The price was reasonable. The one thing I wasn't prepared for was that we had to buy our own padlock, or buy one from Storage Giant. The Storage Giant lock is only good if you are going to use them regularly, as the lock is specific to their lock up. Anyone using these facilities also need to make an itinerary of what you are storing, and insure it accordingly. (Storage giant will help by giving you a list sheet to complete.) Apart from all that, I would not hesitate to use them again, as it is handy if you're decorating, or anything like that, as it gives you space to work on what you're doing.

This is a brilliantly located facility, with a wide variety of units to suit any need you could possibly think of. Emily was incredibly helpful when I first rang up to enquire, even going so far as to go up and measure the particular unit to ensure I'd be able to fit the items in I wanted to store. The paperwork was completed quickly, and Emily's friendly, personable manner was very much appreciated. Couldn't recommend this site any more highly, they deserve more than 5 stars in my opinion. The whole operation makes something that can be very stressful as easy and straightforward as possible. Many thanks.
