Thank you for making our 20th anniversary meal so wonderful! From the moment we entered we felt taken care of with a special thanks to our server Garrett. I was able to make my reservation within the Google app which made this especially easy. It’s been too long since we’ve eaten at Stoney River so we’d forgotten how consistently good the service and food are. We were greeted promptly, wished a happy anniversary and the. Taken to a table away from others and near the fireplace. Our server was at the table in under a minute and kept a constant loop to make sure we wanted for nothing. The covid19 protocol was all in place including masks and social distancing. We felt totally safe.

Celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary tonight. We originally discovered Stoney River in Nashville. We had a great meal and good time. Thanks to our hostess for the chocolate dessert!!! We appreciate the treat very much. Looking forward to visiting again. We are from Rome and made the drive here for a fabulous dining experience.
Was a bad experience. First, they misspelled my last name on the reservation so the hostess acted like we didn't have a reservation. Second, tried to seat us at a huge corner booth that would accommodate like 6-8 people. We settled at a booth next to the bathrooms. Third, my wife's steak was served cold. Sent it back and returned to her medium rare instead of medium. Fourth, when the steak finally came out at correct temperature the side order of potatoes were so salty they were not edible. Finally, was my wife's birthday. When I made the reservation I let the host know this and she said something would be done. Not one thing was done. Not even a happy birthday. Sadly this was one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had.
If you make a reservation for 2 to celebrate the Birthday of you mother, you expect to have a table for 2 available. No excuses. We were told we would have to wait at least one hour... so we had to go to another restaurant. If in a special day you can not take reservations, just don’t accept reservations; is that simple. Of course we will never return.
Do not order curbside unless you have an extra hour past your estimated “ready time” to spare. Poor communication and service all around. The food is great, but not worth the trouble of ordering.
