I agree with previous comments. There is lack of motivation impartiality with the customer care. I called regarding an issue and the male that answered was less than intrested and basically left the ASB for me to manage. The kitchen is rotting. Am i correct in thinking its statuory requirements are kitchens and bathroims are to be replaced every ten years. Oh and definitely not disability friendly.. The boiler is very difficult to access also RCD isnt accessable if you hace mobility issues. I could go on

Had a incident happen in are block of flats which ended up with blood all over the communal hallway and stairs, contacted them the next day said they would send someone to do an environmental clean, after a few days no one showed rang up again where I was told they was waiting for blood to dry never heard so much BS in my life. 2 months later they finally cleaned it after going on and on about it what sort of joke shop is this place!!
I would not even give one star, they say that the community matter's but when you phone up about your community they don't want to know or care , and I'm still waiting on planned works from 9 year's ago. we have children and our 1st floor windows are so dangerous and only thing that's holding them together is the paint that I had to put on myself . if you put in a complaint against them or someone else they will blacklist you (and not return any calls) and will tell the person whom you complained about that you complained about them and will do nothing about it
Terrible company , been waiting over a month to sort a problem out with guttering (still no joy) , then another problem occurs blocked sink and the lady over the phone tells me i have to pay for someone from stonewater to come out to unblock the sink. Absolutely disgusting especially as my mum is 79 years of age. I mean come on please.
Shocking level of service from anyone! Had a leaking pipe for 8 months! And new boiler has never worked correctly. Left me with a leaking toilet for 2 years windows are nackerd and front of property has black spores of mould. Had to throw away carpet and sofa due to mould damage my sons has asthma 4 weeks in to getting it fixed and nothing has changed. Stonewater seem to think this is OK to leave a family with no hot water or heating for 4 months but if u don't pay rent there straight on your case! It's all about the money worst housing association ever I look forward to the generic response!
