Great product and service from truhouse. We purchased our windows and door just over a year ago now and extremely pleased with the full journey from start to finish. I would also like to comment for any new potential customers to look into the acoustic glass option. Genuinely it cuts out all outside noise. It’s made such a difference. Highly recommended

Started off well and they came to measure up for a door. Two designs were agreed upon but I didn’t hear back for weeks. When I rang them they had quotes for 2 different designs that I’d explicitly ruled out during the visit. The lady on the phone talked to me as if I was an idiot when it was clearly their mistake. Save your time and effort and go elsewhere.

Absolutely delighted. Prompt visit for survey, and very helpful advice about the right product for our old Cotswold farmhouse. Quite a long delay after placing the order, but fitting day finally came. Steve and Adam did a really neat job (three windows replaced in just one day). Wow ! a company that actually does what it says on the tin. This company brings a whole new approach to the industry a much needed and refreshing change . From the no nonsense survey and quote to the excellent installation carried out by Steve and Adam . The guys were courteous tidy and together with their meticulous attention to detail left me with a lovely finished product. I couldn't be more pleased with the results the doors and windows look fab.
