Booked a taxi with these guys to get back from a wedding. They didn’t show up & then didn’t answer the phone when we called to see what was happening. Left four of us stranded 30 miles from home! When I did complain afterwards however the owner did investigate, apologise & compensate us.
Never let me down. Very clean office and drivers in uniform.
