One of the best fish and chips I’ve had in Aberdeen. The batter was light, the fish was flaky and the chips were tasty with a bit of a crunch and not soggy.

Really fine! Ready to collect and piping hot; delicious fish, batter crispy all the way through, chips well cooked too. And eaten sitting outside watching the waves crashing onto the beach! What could be better on a chilly December day?!
Amazing, the go-to place for anybody in the shire. Brilliant to take international visitors. Park up just outside and enjoy the view while eating.
If you’re looking for an authentic and fantastic fish and chips shop - this is the one you’ve been searching for. Both fish and chips were hot and cooked to order and tasted great. The chips where crispy and fluffy, and the fish had a perfect batter that held well to the fish. As the food is packaged they will add salt and vinegar to your fish and chips. I would ask for a bit extra salt next time. The tartar sauce was great - despite being an additional charge. And the mushy peas were great. With the chip shop being across the street from the beach, I wish I was here in summer and could enjoy my meal there. There was plenty of nearby street parking for your needs. When I’m in the area I will be back for this amazing meal.
This place gets great reviews, but unfortunately my one and only visit has left a lasting impression. After queuing for ages I finally got round to paying to be told the card machine wasn't working...I had to run all the way down to the square to get cash and run all the way back to pay for my order. Ordered fish and chips, fish wasn't great. Presentation was nice though.
