Snow Dog

Far too small for the school roll. Lack of cohesion, leadership and identity. Students are not valued as individuals. A few truly excellent teachers but general ethos of the school is poor, quick to discard struggling pupils in order to improve statistics. Needs to be more supportive and inclusive. Sport is sadly lacking too.
