I hesitate to give a low rating because I have used them numerous times in the past and was always satisfied but 3 months ago I called and emailed requesting a quote- I never received one. I contacted them in Jan requesting another quote and it is now the end of Feb and I still have not received a quote. I was always told the info was passed on to \someone else who handles that\. I found another shipping company to handle my business (who by the way gave me a quote almost immediately)I am very disappointed because their service in the past would have been 4-5 stars but after this experience I have to give 1star and I hesitate to use them again in the future.

I was unable to close my container, the two gentlemen came in and spent a good quality time trying to close it while being jovial and social at the same time which was refreshing. When I called, the customer service was welcoming through the telephone, information was imparted well. Pick up was on time..... Highly recommended

If there was a 100 star I would give them. They went above and beyond to help the busy evening before thanksgiving. I drove 6 hours to their facility but I didn't regret it. I would recommend them to anyone.
