I would like to thank Stone Paving Direct for their support and rapid help to rectify the order I made with them. I ordered two crates of black limestone slabs, the delivery was very quick and the delivery driver was excellent. He saw me struggling to open the top of the grates to check the slabs and came to helped me. The first crate was perfect, no damage. Unfortunately the second grate we opened had at least 4/5 slabs broken in it. The next day after removing the slabs from the grate I discovered many more slabs broken, smashed in the middle and totally unusable, even for off cuts. I contacted the company and sent photos to them. Jay was lovely and very helpful. We agreed on a refund for the damaged slabs, which I was happy about. I realise it's not the companies fault, slabs like these are imported into our country, with a huge amount of transportation. The damage could have happen anywhere. Stone Paving Direct where excellent about the problem. I would certainly recommend this company. The quality of the stone and the price is very good indeed. I hope this review will help others.

We ordered silver grey granite slabs, few issues with big chunks out of the slabs and a lot of rust marks but after a few emails later to Jay and pictures being sent, she replaced a lot of the damaged ones and offered compensation. We couldn't get our patio finished due to waiting on replacement slabs but in the end it all worked out and our patio looks stunning. So many compliments. Reasonable prices on Stone direct website compared to others
The pavers arrived promptly and only one out of over 1000 was cracked. Service team were informative and helpful and the price was very competitive. I would recommend this company based on my experience
Poor customer service. After being sent the incorrect slabs from my order, I was told that they would not swap them or refund me as it was my fault. Even though I had arranged with a director for the delivery. Slabs themselves are good quality but I now have a patio design that I did not want.
Good website and seamless ordering to delivery, exactly as described and no broken flags. Will definitely use again. Thanks
