I visited Gwinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Location for a Service Appointment. I was promptly greeted by Neil! I am first time Jeep Owner, and he was very informative in regards to the concerns I had about the Jeep maintenance. I had came for just a oil change and they were super prompt. The mechanic ( Riaz Ali) assisting the tech was very nice as well. Highly recommend stopping by to this location to get any items you might need to get on your vehicle. Great customer service!

I have only written 2 google reviews in my life but DC and Nicholas helped me get my dream car at an amazing price and we were done in less than 2 hours. They went out of their way to FaceTime, take pictures, and videos of the car for me since I couldn’t get to it immediately. We handled everything very smoothly and there was nothing complicated at all about the process. What more can you say. If you hate going to the dealer, haggling for prices, being handed off to multiple people, waiting for hours, having to call a lawyer before signing, and leaving feeling defeated, you should give these guys a try. Even after the deal was done and signed they worked and got me a better interest rate when they didn’t have to.
